Websites for hotels and riads
A traveller chooses a riad or a hotel on images, before reading a line. We design sites that let the property be felt — and turn that feeling into a booking, with you rather than with an intermediary.
Noor Studio Agency is a studio based in Rabat. We delivered the website for Maison Saffron, a luxury hospitality brand, and this page sets out exactly how we work for this trade.
Why the website decides it, in hospitality
A stay is bought without having been tried. The traveller cannot open the door or sit in the courtyard: they have only what your site shows them, and they are comparing three properties within the same quarter of an hour.
It is also the only page where you describe the property in your own words, with your own images and without commission. Everywhere else it is described in an imposed format, next to its direct competitors.
- The photography does the work. Real rooms, the real courtyard, the real breakfast — in the state a guest will find them. A stock image promises a stay you will not serve.
- The phone is the main screen. A decisive share of accommodation research happens on mobile, often while travelling and on a slow connection. A heavy site loses the traveller before the first image.
- Direct booking is earned, not demanded. A traveller who found you on a platform will look at your site before paying. What they find there decides where they book.
- The visitor’s language matters. International and local guests do not read the same page. Each language deserves its own address, indexable in its own right.
What we hear before we start
The same reservations come up on every first call. They are fair, and here is how we answer them.
- “We already fill through the platforms.” Good — and that is exactly why a site is worth its cost: every booking that shifts to you keeps its commission, and the guest becomes yours rather than the platform’s.
- “We do not have good photography.” That is the real subject, and it is settled before the layout. We tell you what to photograph and in what order; we can also start from your existing archive when it is usable.
- “We need a booking engine.” We integrate yours, or build a direct enquiry path when you do not have one yet. The site does not impose the tool; it settles around the one you already use.
- “We will not be able to update it.” Seasonal rates, a new suite, an offer: those are changes you must be able to make without us. Handover is part of the project.
Our approach
We treat the site as an editorial extension of the house, not as a brochure online. That decision shaped the Maison Saffron project, and it holds for any property whose atmosphere is the main argument.
The structure follows a prospective guest in the order they actually decide: what you feel, what you see, and only then what you book. Every page establishes trust before asking for anything.
Your existing identity is the starting point, not a constraint to work around: we carry it to the screen rather than redoing it, and whitespace is part of the luxury.
The sequence is the same on every project: five stages, set out in full on the how a project runs page.
What the website includes
The exact scope is settled on the first call. A hospitality site delivered by the studio generally includes:
- An editorial layout built around your photography, full-width and without decoration competing with it.
- A page per room or suite, each with its own address — the page people send in a message and find again in search.
- A permanent booking path, visible without ever interrupting the reading, wired to your engine or to a direct enquiry.
- A version per language, each at its own address, with the matching hreflang tags and structured data.
- Optimised images — several widths per photograph, a modern format and dimensions written in, so the page does not jump as it loads.
- Technical SEO — titles, metadata, structured data and indexability, included in every site we deliver.
- A handover session, and your accounts in your name: domain, hosting and analytics belong to you.
The proof, live

Maison Saffron already had a strong identity: an ornate gold monogram and an assured typeface. The challenge was not to create a brand but to carry it, without betraying it, into a format it had never inhabited — the screen.
The site is live and is now the brand’s main point of entry. The full case study covers the context, the design decisions and what was actually built.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with riads and guesthouses, or only hotels?
Both. The size of the property changes the scope — how many room pages, whether there is a booking engine — but not the method: atmosphere is shown before it is described, whatever the number of keys.
Can you integrate our existing booking engine?
Yes. The site is built around the tool you already use rather than imposing another. When no engine is in place we ship a direct enquiry path, and the tool can be added later without a rebuild.
Can the site be in several languages?
Yes, and it is common in this trade. We delivered a trilingual French, English and Arabic site for Luxury Ride Morocco, with text direction handled and clean per-language SEO. Each language gets its own address: it is the only structure a search engine indexes properly.
Does the photography have to be redone before starting?
Not always. We first look at what you own at full resolution — many properties have an under-used archive. If a hero image or properly lit rooms are missing, we say so before the quote rather than at launch.
Let’s talk about your property
Send us the address of your current site, or simply describe the house. A thirty-minute call is enough to scope what is missing, what it involves, and whether we are the right studio for you.
