Selling Moroccan property to buyers abroad.

Diaspora families and foreign buyers often discover a project long before they visit. The website has to answer their questions, in their language, and earn their trust from a distance.
For a Moroccan family living in Europe, or a foreign buyer looking for a second home, the search for property often starts thousands of kilometres away. They compare projects online, sometimes for months, before they ever book a flight. Your website is the showroom they visit first.
A page for every project
- Clear photographs or renderings, labelled honestly as one or the other.
- Plans, surfaces and the types of unit available.
- The location: map, neighbourhood, schools, transport, the distance to the sea or the city centre.
- The progress of construction, updated regularly.
Answer the questions from abroad
Buyers abroad want to understand the process: how reservation works, payment stages, delivery dates, fees and the steps a foreign buyer or a Moroccan living abroad needs to follow. Explain it in plain words and suggest they confirm details with a notary or adviser.
Build trust from a distance
- Past projects delivered, with photos of the finished buildings.
- The team, the company details and the people they will deal with.
- Virtual visits and video calls on request.
- Content in the languages of your buyers, written properly.
Follow up across time zones
Leads from abroad take time to mature. Capture each request with its source, reply quickly on WhatsApp or by email, and keep in touch with relevant news, not generic newsletters.
A buyer who has never seen the site has to trust the screen first.
